Who are we? A question we asked ourselves as part of the continual efforts to relook at Trigger Design Studio as we seek to thrive in this new age of Design whilst preserving our founding values.
Trigger Design Studio is an industrial design setup in 2015 by ex-DELL principal design, Wai lim Chan. As the design scene shifts, Trigger Design must adapt, evolve and lead this change and our site must reflect this commitment.
Trigger Design Studio is an industrial design setup in 2015 by ex-DELL principal design, Wai lim Chan. As the design scene shifts, Trigger Design must adapt, evolve and lead this change and our site must reflect this commitment.
Our new motto of ‘Trigger the WOW’ was also applied across. Visual elements and images are scaled to fill the screen to provide a sense of ‘wow’ as users navigate through the site, immersing them into our works and whilst an animating pulse prompts them to learn more about the projects, building up from that initial ‘wow’.
The aesthetic direction to ‘Trigger the Ripples’ reflects our commitment to initiate and set in motion solutions that serve as essential building blocks to not just solve but inspire our clients to build future innovations.
This visual metaphor and the use of corresponding circles can be seen throughout the site as we navigate through the various pages. A white background and the iconic ‘Trigger orange’ is used to highlight various elements for users.
